  • Results depend on your consistency and effort—but this program is designed to set you up for success with structure, accountability, and expert coaching. If you show up and follow the plan, you will see real changes in your body and mindset.

  • No problem! All group coaching calls are recorded, so you can watch the replay at your convenience and still get the guidance and strategies covered.

  • Nope! You can do these workouts from home with minimal equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands recommended). If you do have access to a gym, I’ll show you how to modify the workouts for more variety.

  • Life happens, and that’s okay! This program is designed to be flexible so you can keep moving forward even if you miss a few workouts or coaching calls. You’ll always have support to get back on track.

  • Yes! You’ll get live coaching during workouts, guidance on coaching calls, and support inside the Slack community—so you’re never left figuring things out on your own.

  • You’ll have access to a vault of recorded workouts, so you can complete them whenever it fits your schedule.

  • Because this is a coaching-based program with immediate access to materials and support, all sales are final. If you’re unsure whether this program is right for you, reach out before joining and I’ll help you decide!

  • Absolutely! Whether you’re starting after years off or looking to elevate your current routine, this program offers expert guidance and community support to help you succeed.

  • Workouts are 45 minutes, and I recommend you do a minimum of 2 days a week. Coaching calls happen twice a month (optional but valuable). You’ll also get daily accountability and support inside the Slack community. There is a lot of flexibility in this program to accommodate your busy schedule.

  • First thing you do is fill out the application and I will follow up in 48 hours or less. It’s important that we make sure we will be a good fit.

My journey is deeply personal—when my father passed in 2011, it reshaped my outlook on life and health, driving me to support women in reclaiming their well-being.

With a degree in Kinesiology, numerous certifications, and over a decade of coaching experience, I’ve created a program designed to provide real-time guidance, accountability, and a supportive community so that, together, we can embrace our best selves every day.
